Bayley's Consulting Services was founded by Ceronne Dianne Bayley. Mrs. Bayley is a Trinidadian national who has over fifteen years' experience working with Boards and Senior Management in both the public and private sectors. A Corporate Secretary by profession, Mrs. Bayley is a Distinction holder of a Masters of Business Administration from the University of the West Indies and the holder of a Bachelor of Laws, with honours, from the University of London. She is also trained in Public Procurement Law and Practice from York University and has contributed to the development of National Policy. She brings her wealth of expertise and experience in the legal and corporate environment to Bayley's Consulting Services which aims to assist both individuals and companies establish their corporate efforts on the right path and maintain their legal compliance throughout the life of the business. She is particularly passionate about helping young people take the leap of faith into their own business endeavours.
